Przemówienie wygłoszone przez Prezes Stowarzyszenia Solidarni 2010 Ewę Stankiewicz pod Pałacem Prezydenckim i powtórzone w wersji angielskiej na zakończenie Marszu z Portretami pod Kolumną Króla Zygmunta.

Szanowni Państwo,

Zbrodnia bez kary - to nowe ofiary. Dziś mija 15 lat od zamachu na państwo polskie 10 kwietnia 2010 roku w Rosji, kiedy samolot z polskim prezydentem na pokłądzie został rozerwany na ziemią w wyniku serii eksplozji.

Do dziś nie wyciągnęliśmy z rosyjskiego błota ani wszystkich szczątków ofiar zamachu, ani wszystkich odłamków samolotu. Do dziś nie wydobyliśmy z tamtego rosyjskiego błota szczątków naszego państwa, które uległo katastrofie w wyniku zamachu.

Do dziś Tusk przytula Putina – podczas gdy prezydent Lech Kaczyński leży kiladziesiąt metrów dalej w rosyjkim błocie. Jak to możliwe? Nie pytam gangsterów, którzy maczali palce w tej zbrodni. Pytam tych, od których oczekiwaliśmy zabezpieczenia naszego państwa przed gansterami. Pytam wszystkich nas tu zgromadzonych. Jak to możliwe?

Po zabiciu polskiego Prezydenta i osób kluczowych dla naszej suwerenności Donald Tusk i Bronisław Komorowski podporządkowali polskie interesy putinowskiej Rosji. Do dziś nie ukaraliśmy winnych tej zbrodni. Mało tego. Nigdy nie odsunęliśmy od stanowisk osób, które co najmniej wystawiły prezydenta Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej na śmierć. Konsekwencje tego odczuwamy dzisiaj, z wielką siłą.

Podległy Donaldowi Tuskowi - Marian Janicki odebrał należną ochronę Prezydentowi RP w dniu jego śmierci. Czy może być większa wina osoby odpowiedzialnej za bezpieczeństwo głowy państwa? Jak to możliwe, iż on nie siedzi w więzieniu?

Nie zbadana została dogłębnie rola Donalda Tuska w samym zamachu. Nie został on ukarany za sabotaż interesów Polski w umowie z Putinem oraz za polecenie żyrowania rosyjskiej kłamliwej wersji wydarzeń przez podległe mu służby.

Bezkarność Tuska i jego ekipy to jest kolejna zbrodnia, tym razem zbrodnia zaniechania. Narażenia bezpieczeństwa państwa polskiego.

To oskarżenie dla uczciwych ludzi, którzy przez 8 lat byli u władzy. Jak to możliwe? Czy jest jakakolwiek refleksja w tej sprawie? Nie słychać!

Siła zła jest wprost proporcjonalna do słabości dobra, bierności ludzi uczciwych. A zło dziś napiera z wielką siłą, która przecież była do przewidzenia.

Solidaryzujemy się z odważną częścią sędziów i prokuratorów, którzy dziś alarmują o postępującym zamachu na ustrój państwa i dokumentują przestępstwa Donalda Tuska i Adama Bodnara.

Dziś, gdy mamy do czynienia z nielegalnym przewrotem w sferze ustroju państwa, pogwałceniem praworządności na każdym kroku – jest to efekt zbrodni zaniechania. Ten gwałt na praworządności zaczął się znacznie wcześniej. Od bezkarności Donalda Tuska. Bezkarności Mariana Janickiego, Jerzego Millera. Bezkarność rozzuchwala. A płacą za nią niewinne represojowane i poddawane torturom osoby. Pani Ania Wójcik, Urszula Dubejko, Karolina Kucharska, ksiądz Michał Olszewski, poseł Dariusz Matecki, zmarła kilka godzin po przesłuchaniu pani Barbara Skrzypek. Likwiduje się wolne media. Niezależnym od reżimu Tuska telewizjom usiłuje się odebrać koncesje.

Jesteśmy świadkami swoistej operacji na społeczeństwie. Zamach Tuska na ustrój prawny państwa, zdemolowanie praworządności, zostało poprzedzone masowymi wrzaskami "Konstytucja" oraz wezwaniami do przestrzegania prawa. To istota tej bolszewickiej operacji, której podlegamy.

Partia która zwyciężyła w ostatnich wyborach, która nie rządzi dlatego, iż przegrani zawiązali koalicję – została pozbawiona subwencji. Długie ramię Tuska wypłaciło pieniądze swojemu ugrupowaniu ale przeciwnikom politycznym zablokowało należne środki. Konkurencja kandydatów w zbliżających się wyborach prezydenckich - nie podlega zasadom fair play. To tak jakby Trzaskowski stanął na ringu po dopingu finansowym, a Nawrocki miał związane ręce. Wierzymy, iż pomimo nierównej walki i obciachowej akceptacji Trzaskowskiego nieuczciwych warunków gry, które należałoby nazwać „ustawką”, wbrew okolicznościom – Karol Nawrocki zwycięży. Że Polska zwycięży, a system się nie domknie. Bo potem już zaczęliby znikać ludzie.

ŚP. Andrzej Wernic na Krakowskim Przedmieściu w 2010 roku mówił „To nie jest spór o samolot, ani choćby o przyczyny katastrofy – to spór o wartości, jaka będzie Polska i czy będzie”.

Jako Solidarni 2010 stajemy do walki o Państwo Polskie. Wzywamy wszystkich. Wolna suwerenna Polska jeżeli ma przetrwać – potrzebuje Państwa działania – wszystkich jak tu jesteście i którzy to słyszycie.

Dear Sirs,
Crime without punishment - brings new victims.
Today marks 15 years since the attack on the Polish state on April 10, 2010 in Russia, when the plane with the Polish president on board was blown to the ground by a series of explosions.
To this day, we have not extracted from the Russian mud either all the remains of the victims of the assassination, or all the debris of the plane. To this day, we have not extracted from that Russian mud the remains of our country that crashed as a result of the coup.
To this day, Tusk hugs Putin - while President Lech Kaczynski lies a few dozen meters away in the Russian mud. How is this possible? I'm not asking the gangsters who had their fingers in this crime. I am asking those from whom we expected to secure our country from the gangsters. I am asking all of us gathered here. How is this possible?
After the killing of the Polish President and people key to our sovereignty, Donald Tusk and Bronislaw Komorowski subordinated Polish interests to Putin's Russia. To this day, we have not punished those guilty of this crime. Not only that. We have never removed from their positions those who, at the very least, put the President of the Republic of Poland to death. The consequences of this are being felt today, with great force.
A subordinate of Donald Tusk - Marian Janicki took away the due protection of the President of the Republic of Poland on the day of his death. Could there be a greater fault of the person responsible for the security of the head of state? How can it be that he is not in jail?

Donald Tusk's role in the coup itself was not investigated in depth. He was not punished for sabotaging Poland's interests in the deal with Putin and for ordering the Russian lying version of events to be lived by his subordinate services.
The impunity of Tusk and his team is another crime, this time a crime of omission. Of endangering the security of the Polish state.
This is an indictment of honest people who were in power for 8 years. How is this possible? Is there any reflection on this matter? Not heard!
The strength of evil is directly proportional to the weakness of good, the passivity of honest people. And evil today is pushing forward with great force, which, after all, was predictable.
We stand in solidarity with the courageous part of judges and prosecutors who today are sounding the alarm about the progressive assault on the state system and documenting the crimes of Donald Tusk and Adam Bodnar.
Today, when there is an illegal coup in the sphere of the state system, a violation of the rule of law at every turn - this is the result of a crime of omission. This rape of the rule of law began much earlier. From the impunity of Donald Tusk. The impunity of Marian Janicki, Jerzy Miller.
Impunity is exuberant. And innocent repressed and tortured people pay for it. Ms. Ania Wojcik, Urszula Dubejko, Karolina Kucharska, Father Michal Olszewski, MP Dariusz Matecki, Ms. Barbara Skrzypek, who died a few hours after interrogation. Free media are being liquidated. Television stations independent of the Tusk regime are being attempted to have their licenses revoked.
We are witnessing a kind of operation on society.
Tusk's assault on the country's legal system, the dismantling of the rule of law, was preceded by mass shrieks of “Constitution” and calls to obey the law. This is the essence of this Bolshevik operation to which we are subjected.

The party that won the last election, which is not in power because the losers formed a coalition - has been stripped of its subsidies. Tusk's long arm paid money to his party but blocked political opponents from owing funds. Competing candidates in the upcoming presidential election - is not subject to fair play. It is as if Trzaskowski stood in the ring after financial doping, and Nawrocki's hands were tied. We believe that despite the uneven fight and Trzaskowski's obnoxious acceptance of unfair playing field conditions, which should be called a “set-up,” against the circumstances - Karol Nawrocki will win. That Poland will prevail, and the system will not close. Because after that, people would have already begun to disappear.
Andrzej Wernic at Krakowskie Przedmieście in 2010 said “This is not a dispute about the plane, or even about the causes of the crash - it is a dispute about values, what Poland will be and whether it will be.”
As Solidarni 2010 we stand up to fight for the Polish State. We call on everyone. A free sovereign Poland if it is to survive - needs your action - all of you as you are here and who hear this.
